Ingredients:
- Chicken Fillet (Depending on size and preference may be better to cut in two)
- 6 Tablespoons instant potato powder (asda smart price or smash)
- Teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Teaspoon paprika
- 1 Medium beaten egg
- Fry Light
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Roll the chicken fillet in the egg until it is well covered and then roll well in the dry mixed ingredients.
Spray well with Fry Light
Place on a baking tray and into an oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees (200 non Fan assisted)
Use your Wst Daily calorie allowance to have wholemeal bap or a slimbo and half fat cheese, grilled bacon, lettuce onion tomato and lighter than light mayo. Tastes amazing!
Can also do Goujons and serve with Wst Wedges and salad , Completely Guilt Free
