Ingredients:
- One Cal Spray
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 100g extra lean mince
- 1 tub tomato passata
- oregano
- 100g diced mushrooms
- black pepper
- 100g spaghetti
- parmazan (optional & count cals)
Instructions:
Place one cal in pan
add chopped onion and garlic and cook without colour
add mince, cook
add tomato passata and herbs
simmer till tender
add mushrooms, cook until tender
meanwhile cook spaghetti in boiling water
allow to boil gently and stir occasionally
cook for approx 12-15 mins
serve with sauce
