Notes: You can double the amount and whisk in fromage frais (1000g); quark (250g).

Or you can add 3 or 4 0% fat free yoghurts instead of the fromage frais and whisk up with the quark.

Then 2/3 sugar free jellies with 120/180 mls hot water, add to mix and mix well.

Serve with fresh fruit.

Will keep in fridge for a few days.
