Ingredients:
- 8 tsp passata
- 330 ml sprite zero
- 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 frozen/fresh chilli cubes
- 3 frozen/fresh garlic cubes
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion; diced
- Red, yellow and green pepper; sliced
Instructions:
Fry chicken in pan with fry light until brown set aside.
Add all other ingredients to pan and simmer for about 30 minutes, add chicken and simmer for a further 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Serve with rice, pasta or noodles
