Ingredients:
- 1 tin of baked beans
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 can of mushy peas
- 2 Table Spoons Curry Powder
- Some Chicken stock (depending on how thick or thin you want it)
- Chicken
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Peppers
- Garlic
Instructions:
No cooking required for the sauce just blitz together the beans, peas & tomatoes and heat what you want to use and put the rest in fridge for another day!
Fry off the chicken pieces and veg in one cal spray with curry powder.
When cooked add the blended sauce and heat
Serve with guilt free fried rice or guilt free chips
