Ingredients:

  • 2lb steak pieces,
  • 2 onions,
  • big tablespoon lazy garlic,
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander, paprika, ground ginger and chilli powder,
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes,
  • 1 bay leaf,
    4-5 cardamon pods,
  • 3-4 cloves,
  • 8fl oz chicken stock
  • 2-3 teaspoons artifical sweetener,
  • chopped fresh coriander

Instructions:

Fry onion,garlic in frylight till soft, then add powdered spices. If it gets to dry add a little water.
Add the beef and brown,
Add tomatoes,bay leaf, cardamon pods,cloves,stock and sweetener.
Can be simmered on stove for a good hour. I didnt though i put it all into my slow cooker at this stage and let it cook for a few hours to let the flavours develop.
Add chopped coriander just before serving and I had it with boiled rice. Was yummy. Will def make again!!!
