Ingredients:

  • 8 tsp passata
  • 330 ml sprite zero
  • 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 frozen/fresh chilli cubes
  • 3 frozen/fresh garlic cubes
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion; diced
  • Red, yellow and green pepper; sliced

Instructions:

Fry chicken in pan with fry light until brown set aside.

Add all other ingredients to pan and simmer for about 30 minutes, add chicken and simmer for a further 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

Serve with rice, pasta or noodles
